Every Cell in My Body is Healthy and Fit Affirmations

Every cell in my body is healthy and fit.

I take my health very seriously. This means I consider the impact of the choices I make on my health. Making choices that are in-line with good health ensures that I am doing everything I can to boost my health.

I choose healthy foods. These foods give me sustained energy and provide my body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

I exercise on a regular basis. Exercising keeps my body healthy, strong, and supple. My body feels great when I have been working out regularly. My exercise routine is a constant in my life and I stick to it.

Sometimes I eat unhealthy foods or miss my workout, but I quickly get back on track.

Being healthy is a big part of my life.

I make healthy choices a priority.

I am proud of myself for making healthy choices. At times it can be challenging, but I embrace a healthy lifestyle. It is part of my identity.

My friends consider me to be the healthiest person they know. I enjoy being a role model for others when it comes to health and fitness.

Today, I renew my commitment to my health.

My lifestyle is becoming healthier with each passing day.

I am healthy and fit.
